After you enter to the GCB Arena or the Coliseum store (on the second floor accesing from the mountain on the basketball courts side) you may go through that hall and pass the black door that’s on the end of that hall, then you should go upstairs to the last floor and passing another black door you may find a large hall, the second room with glass walls that’s on the end of the hall it’s the Scotland room.
